In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cuci7" or "Platform" — refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain cuci7.onl, including all related websites, applications, services and content.
• "Player" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the cuci7 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Player for the purpose of using cuci7's services.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds in the form of Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or equivalent deposited into a Player's account.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credit, incentive or benefit granted to a Player by cuci7 subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing or using the cuci7 platform, the Player acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules that may be published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required not to use or continue using the cuci7 platform. Continued use is considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

cuci7 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any provision in these terms at any time. Players will be informed of significant changes via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered email.

To register an account at cuci7, individuals must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities.
• Not have been declared bankrupt or be in the process of debt management that restricts certain financial activities.
• Register for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at cuci7. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Players are required to provide true, accurate and current information during registration. cuci7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with applicable international licensing requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account is considered the activity of that Player, unless there is clear evidence to the contrary that is reported promptly to cuci7.

cuci7 accepts financial transactions via approved payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value at the current rate.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount per method is RM20. Deposited funds will be credited to the Player's account once the transaction is confirmed. cuci7 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours once all security and compliance checks are complete. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to cuci7's security policy.

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including the use of unauthorised cards or accounts, chargeback fraud, or fraudulent transactions, will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account and appropriate legal action.

cuci7 offers various incentives to Players including deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, a VIP programme, and special promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220 — that bonus must be wagered RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before a withdrawal can be made. If the deposit is RM2,600, the bonus is capped at RM1,500 with a balance of RM4,100 and a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

VIP Programme: cuci7 VIP programme members are eligible for weekly cashback based on their membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Tier upgrades depend on playing activity and are achieved through consistent betting.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. cuci7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means that violate these terms or with fraudulent intent. Each promotion may have time limits and additional conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

All bets placed on the cuci7 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation except where specifically stated in the relevant game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, system error or connection disruption during a game session, cuci7 will use internal record data to determine a fair outcome. Decisions made by the cuci7 system in such situations are final.

cuci7 reserves the right to cancel, reject or void any bet that:

• Exceeds the betting limit set for the relevant game or account.
• Was placed after the outcome of an event was already known to the Player but had not yet been updated in the system.
• Involves collusion between two or more Players to give one of them an unfair advantage.
• Was placed using automated software, bots or unauthorised methods.

The use of any assistive software, artificial intelligence or automation methods to place or manage bets is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without any refund.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in gambling activities on cuci7 is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. cuci7 makes no warranty or representation regarding the legality of using the platform outside its licensed jurisdiction.

Players agree not to use the cuci7 platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities or any other unlawful purpose. Any such attempt will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Players are responsible for setting appropriate personal limits for their gambling activity. cuci7 provides self-control tools within the Player's account to set deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options. Using these tools is strongly encouraged as part of responsible gambling practice.

By using the cuci7 platform, Players agree that cuci7 may collect and process personal data for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, licensing compliance and service improvement. cuci7 will not sell or disclose Players' personal data to third parties except as stated in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

cuci7 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by Players as a result of betting activity on this platform. Betting carries the risk of losing money and each Player is solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

cuci7 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free of errors or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by law, cuci7 is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Losses caused by the failure or fraud of third parties beyond cuci7's reasonable control.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of the service in a given jurisdiction.

cuci7 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect Players' rights, for which reasonable notice will be given.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. The update date shown at the top of this document will be changed each time an amendment is made. Continued use of the platform after that update date constitutes the Player's acceptance of the changes.

These terms and conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci7 holds its licence. cuci7 operates under an international licence that ensures a regulated and secure operation for all Players.

Any dispute arising between a Player and cuci7 regarding use of this platform should first be resolved through cuci7's customer support channel, which operates 24/7. cuci7 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and within a reasonable time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration body before pursuing any other legal action.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by the relevant authority, that provision shall be severed from this document and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
